Job Description

Job Summary (List Format)

- Mainframe Experience: Hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe (TSO); specify number of years and responsibilities performed.
- Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues.
- Customer Support: Provide customer support interacting with clients to resolve queries and issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and team interaction.
- Ticketing Skills: Experience in ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
- File Transfer: Proficient in mainframe file transfer technologies.
- Networking Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking concepts including network layers.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in all tasks and communications.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
