Job Description
-
Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA including system design configuration testing deployment and post-go-live support.

Manage or contribute to S/4HANA migration projects from legacy SAP (ECC) or non-SAP systems (Brownfield or Greenfield).

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements map processes and define technical specifications.

Conduct gap analysis and design system customizations or enhancements as needed.

Participate in or lead data migration planning and execution using tools like SAP Data Services or SAP Migration Cockpit.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration across SAP modules and with external systems.

Develop and execute unit tests integration tests and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide training and support to business users and key stakeholders.

Ensure solution quality documentation and compliance with internal standards and governance.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field.

5 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture best practices and key differences from ECC.

Deep understanding of one or more SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO MM SD PP PM EWM).

Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Familiarity with data migration tools (e.g. LSMW BODS SAP Migration Cockpit).

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
