Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for PGT Psychology classes.
- Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student participation.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Create and maintain student records for tracking academic performance.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic development.
- Incorporate diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles.
- Stay updated with current psychological theories and practices.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities related to psychology.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops.
- Address student behavioral issues and provide support as needed.
- Enforce school policies and regulations consistently.
- Assist in departmental planning and curriculum mapping.
- Engage with the school community to promote the importance of mental health.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Psychology or related field.
- Teaching certification for PGT level.
- Proven experience in teaching psychology at the secondary level.
- Strong understanding of educational psychology and adolescent development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage students effectively.
- Experience in using technology for teaching purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
