Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue from walk-in and referred leads from 3- 4 assigned bank branches
Educate and motivate bank staff on incentive programs and insurance products
Coordinate medicals and documentation to ensure timely policy issuance
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers
Support branch staff and build long-term professional relationships
