Job Title : Project Manager (M&A)
Job Type : C2C/W2
Experience : 10 15 years
Location : San Jose California(On-site)
Mandatory Qualifications :

6 years in project/program management (IT focus).

4 years managing M&A or enterprise transformation projects.

Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end M&A project management including due diligence integration planning and execution.

Align M&A initiatives with organizational strategy and business objectives.

Navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance.

Implement Agile methodologies focusing on Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.

Drive consistent delivery with adherence to processes quality standards and timelines.

Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and enterprise functions.

Communicate project progress risks and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment.

Conduct risk assessments and develop proactive mitigation plans.

Manage budgets resource allocation change control and project tracking.

Empower teams to take ownership and continuously improve delivery practices.

Promote a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability.

Serve as the primary point of contact and leader across IT and business teams.
Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
