- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: hiring onboarding growth and offboarding.
- Lead and improve recruitment processes for technical and operational roles.
- Own and optimize HR systems policies documentation and compliance workflows.
- Support managers with performance management feedback cycles and career development.
- Run and scale programs for employee wellbeing engagement and retention. Ensure alignment between business needs and people processes.

Requirements
- Experience scaling HR in high-growth environments.
- Exposure to performance reviews career frameworks and employee engagement.
- Understanding of People Analytics retention strategies and DEI initiatives.
- Certifications like SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR SPHR CIPD.
