Job Description
As a Frontend Team Lead youll lead a talented team of engineers oversee the development of cutting-edge frontend technologies and ensure the delivery of high-quality scalable products. Youll be responsible for fostering growth within your team and maintaining the highest development standards. In your day-to-day you will:
- Write and review clean maintainable code
- Lead a small team of frontend developers
- Plan team workflows and maintain backlogs
- Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members
- Ensure architectural integrity and scalability of systems
- Raise potential risks and proactively address challenges
Qualifications :
- 510 years of experience in frontend development with 2 years of experience as a team lead
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience defining clear app structure and design patterns.
- Good communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Strong planning and backlog management skills
- Experience with Canvas and WebGL an advantage
