We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads converting prospects into clients and closing sales of residential and commercial properties. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source and generate qualified leads through networking referrals online platforms and cold calling.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
Present and promote company products (lands houses apartments etc.) professionally to potential buyers.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client information and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity.
Assist in developing and implementing sales and promotional strategies.
Participate in real estate exhibitions roadshows and marketing events.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or related field.
23 years proven experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
A candidate with an excellent sales record is strongly desired
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and client service orientation.
Familiarity with property documentation processes and industry trends.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
