Duties will include prepping meals by weighing measuring and mixing ingredients cooking meals checking ingredients for freshness and dietary restrictions and arranging and garnishing the dishes. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
Successful candidates will have the following:
Must have experience cooking in a SNF restaurant or Hotel
Ability to read and follow specific recipes without supervision
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
High school diploma or equivalent
