- Develop Trade Customer & Supplier strategy: Make proposals about Sales Force Trade (objectives target customers measurement etc).
- Develop and Implement Offer Strategy: Lead the development implementation and ongoing strategy between Offer Management & Trade Team.
- CTG Customer Need Analysis: CTG Analysis for Trade Customers and developing strategies.
- Offer Collaboration and Negotiation: Act as the key liaison between Offer & Front-End Sales Team to ensure timely stock availability.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Constantly monitor sales performance market trends and competitor activities to ensure METROs offerings stay relevant and ahead of the competition.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop Pricing Strategy for FSD Trade and C&C Trade separately.
- Innovation & Digitalization: Continuously explore new opportunities for growth and innovation through digitalization for Trade Business.
Qualifications :
University degree preferably Business Management with a specialization in Sales and / or Marketing or related subjects.
Additional Information :
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Commercial / Store Management Role.
