We are seeking a Lead HVA PM for an opportunity that is onsite in Washington DC. All applicants must be USC and able to pass a background check.
Requirements:
Experience: 5 years with NIST security controls and IA
Experience: 2 years with DHS CISA and HVA PMO
Experience: 4 years working HVAs as part of NIST RMF
Experience leading an HVA PMO team
Understanding: IA cyber and privacy policies
Understanding: FISMA
Understanding: NIST RMF
Understanding: NIST CSF
Understanding: HVA and their assessment evaluation and standardization requirements
Ability: to work with customers
Understanding: CSAM reporting and controls management
Understanding: Systems analysis Business Analysis and Business Intelligence
Ability to design manage and deploy data systems reports and dynamic dashboards as well as training users in these systems and their reports
Ability to present analytic findings extracting data from multiple sources manipulating and validating data and conducting root cause analysis
Knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications such as SQL SharePoint Tableau BI 360 PowerBI Hyperion etc.
Skilled in using Microsoft tools such as Word Excel Project PowerPoint and Visio
Experience in managing Federal contract projects
Understanding of enterprise architecture program development including linkages with project implementation infrastructure cybersecurity and Governance Risk and Compliance management
Education Requirements:
Certification: PMP
Certification: Security or equivalent
