Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: A review of this description has excluded the marginal functions of this job which are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties. - Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and proper preventative maintenance of all slot machines.
- Assists in machine moves installations and removals.
- Performs preventative maintenance on games; including but not limited to; changing/replacing bulbs cleaning card readers printers and bill validators and maintaining wiring and slot bases.
- Respond to repair and troubleshooting requests from slot operations and other departments.
- Keeps the supervisor informed of any problems and issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
