IT Service Desk Analyst 6 Months FTC
Location: Cardiff
Up to 28k Pro Rata benefits
Im looking for an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst to join my client in Cardiff. Reporting to the IT Service Desk Lead you will provide day-to-day technical support manage incidents and contribute to ongoing business and technical projects.
Youll play a key role in resolving IT issues fulfilling requests maintaining end user devices and ensuring the systems and processes run smoothly. You will also help identify ways to improve efficiency and deliver excellent service.
Youll need at least one year of IT support experience and a foundation knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 Windows Server networking (TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and Microsoft Intune.
Previous experience in financial services is a bonus but not essential.
