The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to lead the development of healthcare interoperability solutions. This role will focus on building intelligent API-driven products that leverage HL7 and FHIR standards to enable seamless data exchange across the healthcare ecosystem.

Essential Job Functions

  • Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for interoperability solutions using HL7 and FHIR standards.
  • Translate complex business and clinical requirements into intelligent workflows and autonomous product capabilities.
  • Own the product backlog prioritize features and ensure alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate outcomes refine models and continuously improve product performance.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies product demos and enablement materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of AI-driven features.

Desired Work Experience

5 to 7 years

Desired Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Health Informatics or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience of HL7 v2/v3 FHIR APIs and healthcare data exchange protocols.
  • Proven experience delivering products in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • An understanding of agentic AI principles including autonomous decision-making reasoning and goal-directed behavior.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy through data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating both business and technical domains with a passion for solving complex problems in healthcare.
  • This position pays between $100600 - $192900 based on experience
