Description of the role:
Welcome to Gay Buick GMC! We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Dickinson TX. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing excellent customer service and representing our company in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products and services
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing data entry.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
