Remote Client Growth & Revenue Existing Book of Business
Hi Im Katie and Im looking for a client whisperer with sales instincts to join our high-impact Relationship Management team. If youre equal parts empath and closer and excel at finding hidden growth in existing enterprise client relationships this role might have your name on it.
This is not a farming role in disguise. Our best RMs build revenue while building relationships. If you thrive on deep enterprise client partnerships asking smart questions and spotting opportunities others miss we want to meet you.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll manage and grow an existing book of business turning satisfied clients into raving fans and bigger revenue streams.
Know your clients deeply Understand their business models uncover pain points and offer solutions that unlock new value through Dwollas platform.
Own the numbers Youll be on the hook for retention and revenue growth goals. This includes cross-sell upsell and expansion targets.
Build trust early and often Run strategic business reviews help clients map future-state opportunities and keep them looped into new product capabilities.
Work smart (not just hard) Leverage Salesforce Slack AI tools and other modern tech to track growth opportunities and boost efficiency.
Be the clients voice Channel feedback into our Product and Engineering teams so were building what they actually need.
Collaborate and close loops Work cross-functionally with CX Marketing Sales and other teams to keep client experience tight and client goals on track.

What Were Looking For
Must-Haves
3 years in relationship management sales or client success (ideally in SaaS or fintech)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and retention targets
Experience managing a book of business or client portfolio
Confidence with Salesforce Slack G Suite and AI tools
Solid reporting forecasting and cross-functional communication skills
Bonus Points
Experience in the payments or fintech ecosystem
Background in contract negotiation and renewals
Strategic thinker whos contributed to process or GTM improvements
Salary Transparency & Travel Expectations
Dwolla anticipates the base salary range for this position is between $78500 - $114500 and will include an incentive compensation package and stock options. We want to emphasize that compensation decisions are dependent on a number of candidate-specific factors such as relevant work experience education licensure/certifications geographic location etc and the salary awarded will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition Dwolla offers a comprehensive benefits package as outlined below.
Some travel may be required for client meetings key events and industry conferences.
