Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker / Senior Social Worker
Team: Family Safeguarding
Salary:
SW: 36124 - 39513 per annum plus 4000 annual retention payment (pro rata for part time)
SSW: 40215 - 45595per annum plus 3500 annual retention payment (pro rata for part time)
Contract: Permanent Full Time

What Youll Do:
- Lead complex cases with confidence and clarity
- Mentor and support less experienced colleagues
- Champion values-led motivational practice that delivers real impact
- Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to shape outcomes and service
- Work with children under s17/s47 assessments child protection plans and child in need cases

What Were Looking For
- Registered with Social Work England
- Completed ASYE
- Happy to travel and use public transport or have a license and access to your own vehicle.
- Significant senior level frontline experience in a safeguarding team.
- Recent experience of case work in Assessments Child Protection Children Looked After and Care Proceedings
- Excellent communication analysis and safeguarding skills
- Knowledge of key legislation and ability to use a strengths-based approach
