Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Mental Health
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: 30 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking Adult Social Workers to join its clients Adult Mental Health team based in Manchester.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will
- Undertake Care Act assessments and arrange care packages monitoring their effectiveness.
- Support individuals with mental health needs to remain well in the community.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to assess and manage risk alongside health professionals.
- Record casework and progress using the Paris system.
- Use Mosaic for purchasing care packages and managing safeguarding processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
