Job Description
Position: HVAC Dispatcher
Location: Bedford OH area
Company: HVAC Service Provider
Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to work with a growing and established company!
This role involves answering incoming service calls efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians based on skill set location and the urgency of requests and entering updating and closing service tickets in the system. Additional duties include coordinating daily service and preventive maintenance schedules issuing purchase orders for required parts and equipment communicating with customers to arrange maintenance visits and performing various administrative and file management tasks to support smooth operations.
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of dispatch experience; HVAC industry experience preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
-Experience scheduling incoming service calls and scheduling
-Strong phone and communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong organization and multitasking skills
