-Provide technical assistance via phone or email
-Work professionally with customers vendors and team members
-Serve as point of contact for customer technical support requests
-Bring technical issues to other departments as appropriate
-Document all activities in databases
-Research service tickets and ensure resolutions are provided
-Escalate difficult situations directly and provide recommendations to leadership
-Provide customer feedback to teams for continuous improvement
-Other duties as assigned
-Experience as a service tech in the HVAC/R industry
-Type II EPA certification
-Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions
-Ability to read schematics wiring diagrams controls diagrams etc
-Ability to understand equipment and performance specifications
-Ability to understand sales orders
-Ability to read electrical meters and other tools
-Proficient in MS Office PC computers and use of mobile devices
-Ability to be self managed and motivated
-Bilingual is a plus
Pay Range: 23.50-27.50
