Boeing Distribution Inc.Boeing Global Services Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for Procurement Agent (Entry Associate and Experienced) to support our team in Miami FL.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry Associate and Experienced Level Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing practices and processes
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelors Degree Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field of study
Experience with Systems Applications and Processing (SAP) and Procurement to Pay (PTP)
APICS Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM)
Export Control:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee if applicable.

Typical Education/Experience:
Entry (Level 1)
Typically 0 to 3 years related work experience relevant military experience or advanced degree preferred but not required.
Associate (Level 2)
Typically 3 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
Experienced (Level 3)
Typically 6 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
