As an Electrician Supervisor at Parkdean Resorts youll lead and inspire our talented team of electricians ensuring all electrical works across the park are completed safely efficiently and to the highest standard.
Youll be hands-on with electrical maintenance tasks and focus on planning supervising and supporting your team so they can thrive and deliver exceptional service to our guests and owners.

What you will be doing...
Overseeing all electrical maintenance repairs and installation works across the park.
Supervising and motivating the electrical team providing training guidance and support.
Carrying out regular inspections and ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory standards.
Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and other departments to plan and prioritise tasks.
Responding to electrical faults and emergencies promptly keeping downtime to a minimum.
Maintaining accurate records of works completed materials used and safety checks.
Skills were looking for...
Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g. 18th Edition NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Friendly approachable and great at building relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
Organised proactive and passionate about delivering high standards
Full UK driving licence.
