Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and improving business processes As a Business Analyst in our Risk and Compliance team youll play a key role in shaping the future of compliance at Victoria University. Youll work closely with the Chief Risk Officer to lead initiatives such as the Complaints Simplification Project and the implementation of new Governance Risk and Compliance systems. This is a dynamic role where your insights and expertise will directly impact the Universitys operations and strategic direction.

Were looking for someone with a strong background in business improvements ideally within a regulatory or compliance-focused environment. Experience in project management and system development life cycles will be highly regarded. Youll thrive in this role if youre a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for stakeholder engagement.
