Location: County Antrim
Salary: 46500
Hours: 34.5 hours per week (rotating shifts)

We are hiring for our client a leading manufacturer with a strong reputation for operational excellence and investment in technology. Due to continued growth and production demands they are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team in County Antrim.

The Role:
- Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support across production lines
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults ensuring minimal downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and planned maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet output targets
- Maintain compliance with health and safety and quality standards
The Person:
- Third-level qualification in Engineering (essential)
- Industrial/factory maintenance experience ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong electrical fault-finding and cross-skilling capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Flexible approach to working shifts and supporting operational needs
