As an Executive Assistant at FORM you will:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO ensuring efficient operation of the executives office and supporting strategic objectives.
  • Manage complex calendars scheduling meetings logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring stakeholders receive adequate communications and that relationships are continually nurtured.
  • Assist in coordinating special projects events and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Draft proofread and manage executive communications presentations contracts documents and reports including FORM Board and Committee papers.
  • Conduct research compile data and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with the Organisational Leadership Team and wider FORM teams clients sponsors stakeholders and donors.

What Youll Need to Get You Started:

  • High level of emotional intelligence and confidentiality with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar.
  • Robust experience supporting executives boards and meeting preparation and support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and contemporary administrative tools including CRM and AI.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the arts culture or tourism industries and/or not-for-profit sector.
  • Familiarity with event coordination and business development.
  • Experience interacting with Western Australias First-Nations or community contexts respecting cultural protocols.
