Job Description
Case/Contract Management Services Associate
Hybrid - May require 2 days in office (Tuesday and Thursday)
Training: Virtual training - 2 weeks (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Hours: Flexible (can start as early as 7am or as late as 9:30am and will work an 8.5 hour shift)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
About the role: As a member of theteam you will provide support to the client for breach of warranty matters. The support could include locating and compiling documents from various repositories responding to search requests and participating in team meetings.
. To be successful in this role you will have:
Conduct key term searches
Provide customer service
Participate as team player
Demonstrate problem solving abilities & critical thinking skills.
Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written)
Proficient in MS Office products
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi -task
Demonstrate time and task management skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree in any field is REQUIRED
- Must be receptive to coaching and training
- Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening and drug test

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated pay rate for this role is$20.00 per hour.
