Job Description
Job Title:Mechanical Engineer
On-site/ Remote/ Hybrid:On Site
Location:Milan Italy
Job Type:Contract
Responsibilities:
- Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products.
- Mechanical systems overall design integrity and compliance with international standards COMPANY specifications and engineering best practices.
- Effectiveness efficiency and safety of mechanical systems activities execution.
- Quality and technical integrity of mechanical systems.
- Mechanical systems design documents reviewing and approving
- Providing technical evaluation of mechanical systems
- Providing mechanical systems execution technical follow-up.
- Performing power stations compressor island stations pumps turbines and other dynamic equipment concept design and/or detailed engineering design
- Preparing ITT documentation and bid technical review for all equipment
- Reviewing contractors equipment design
- Supporting equipment commissioning and production start-up.
- Attending and accepting equipment mechanical running string and performance tests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- Work experience of ten (10) years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write specifications and reports.
