Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Manager Textile Industry
Location: Pandesara Surat
Company Name: Anantam HR
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Textile/Garment Industry preferred)
Salary: Up to 25000 per month
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to handle day-to-day operations of our textile warehouse. The candidate must have practical experience in inventory management data entry and purchase entry and be able to maintain accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all warehouse activities related to yarns fabrics garments and raw materials
- Maintain and update inventory records in Excel Tally or ERP software
- Enter purchase bills GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and stock movement data accurately
- Monitor stock inward/outward entries and ensure proper documentation
- Organize and manage proper storage stacking and labeling of materials
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks
- Prepare and share daily/weekly stock reports with management
- Coordinate with purchase production and dispatch teams
- Ensure warehouse safety cleanliness and proper manpower handling
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations in the textile/garment sector
- Must be skilled in Tally Excel and basic ERP functions
- Strong knowledge of inventory and purchase documentation
- Ability to manage warehouse staff and multitask efficiently
- Education: Graduate / Diploma (Textile or Logistics background preferred)
- Must be physically fit and proactive
