About the Role:
The overall purpose of the Clinical Placement Officer is to provide coordination and provision of support for student placements across the College of Sport Health and the role include:
- Tooverseeallpre-placementsrequirementsforstudentclinical placements across college courses
- CoordinationallocationandmonitoringofstudentplacementsinVUWIL (Work Integrated Learning) (InPlace)
- Provisionofhigh-levelcustomerservicedeliverytobothinternaland external stakeholders in relation to clinical placement management
This is a full-time continuing position at an HEP 5 $76459 - $87825 per annum plus 17% superannuation classification working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week.
Key Duties:
An example of duties you may perform will include:
- Responsible for identifying Placement readiness eligibility allocation of placement and post placement processing and reporting.
- Provide professional customer service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders relating coordination and allocation of clinical placements.
- Manage day-to-day queries from students Clinical Educators and other external stakeholders relating to placement allocations and rostering with expediency accuracy and professionalism referring more complex queries to more senior staff within the Clinical Learning Office as required

- You will have a strong commitment to customer service
- You will enjoy completing tasks to a high standard and developing ideas for streamlining processes.
