About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.
The office-based (East Bentleigh) as the Assets & Equipment Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate the allocation tracking and maintenance scheduling of company assets and equipment
- Maintain accurate asset registers and inventory databases
- Monitor asset usage servicing needs and compliance requirements
- Support procurement processes and liaise with suppliers and service providers
- Assist in asset audits and contribute to process improvements for equipment management
- Provide frontline support to field teams regarding equipment availability and functionality
About You
Were looking for someone who:
- Has strong organisational and administrative skills
- Communicates clearly and works well across teams
- Has experience with asset or inventory management (preferred)
- Is proactive and solutions-focused with a strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities
- Holds a current drivers licence (desirable)
