Heres what you will do as a Granger RNLPNLVN:

*Utilize the nursing process to assess resident care plans implement interventions and evaluate outcomes related to nursing care

*Assist with team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans; assess and document residents condition and nursing needs; assign team members who have the capabilities and qualifications to meet residents needs

*Implement physicians orders; administer medications start IVs perform treatments procedures and special tests

*Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively with staff residents and family members

*Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary

*Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures

*Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software

*Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

*Document treatments as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations

*Coordinate nursing care of residents scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments

*Record and report observations and reactions regarding residents

*Perform additional duties as assigned

If you have these qualifications wed love to chat:

Valid RN license in the State of Iowa

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience OR equivalent of education and experience
