Position Title: Infant Toddler Co-Teacher Afternoon Closer
Location: Ethos Early Learning Center South Boston MA
Schedule: Full-Time 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Ethos Early Learning Center isseeking a warm organized and collaborativeInfant Co-Teacher to join our team as our afternoon Closer. Youll help guide little ones through the second half of their day lead enriching activities and ensure a clean peaceful classroom environment for tomorrows learning.
Your Role:
Youll support the Lead Teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate experiences and take the lead during the afternoon hours. Youll also be responsible for end-of-day routines classroom cleaning parent communication and setting up the classroom for the next day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in curriculum planning and daily activity prep
Lead one engaging afternoon activity each day
Maintain accurate headcounts and a nurturing classroom environment
Communicate daily with parents (notes photos end-of-day updates)
Handle closing duties: clean sanitize restock reset for morning
Collaborate with the team and step into other classrooms if needed
What You Bring:
EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler) Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed early childhood program
Strong communication organization and follow-through
CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Commitment to health safety and positive team culture
