Job Description
- Strong understanding of sound architectural principles:
- Platform mindset
- Fast API (we dont use recommended approaches - low level use)
- Home grown session management
- Many AI agents need to run on this platform
- Experience with AWS GCP and Azure
- Develop interfaces
- Provide abstraction
- MCP developemnt and integration
- Technologies: Kubernetes Docker Mongo Kafka FastAPI Asyncio Redis
- Non important: A2A protocol MCP protocol
- python meta programming session management modular code design
- kubernetes docker (no need for DevOps)
- Familiarity with programming for the cloud
- ability to take feedback and implement changes
- Communication skills
- Listening
- Able to break down task into components
- Ideally customer facing
- direct and truthful communication
- AI exposure
- Claude code usage
- Coge generation co-pilots: Cursor Github co-pilot
- Generating code by using AI: Vercel Lovable etc
