Job Description
Company: A company that provides Maintenance Repair and Overhaul services for aircraft engines.
Designation: Senior Mechanic - Engine
Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 7 10 years of hands-on experience in engine maintenance in a MRO or OEM environment.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or AME License (B1 preferred)/ Any graduate
Job Description:
Responsible to support disassembly inspection maintenance repair and reassembly of aircraft engines in accordance with OEM manuals regulatory guidelines and company procedures.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on technically proficient and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance removal and installation of aircraft engines (e.g. CFM56/V2500/LEAP).
Carry out engine module disassembly and reassembly as per OEM manuals.
Conduct borescope inspections engine servicing oil checks and performance runs.
Identify defects and coordinate with engineers for rectification and part replacement.
Maintain proper documentation and traceability of work performed tools used and parts installed.
