Following one of the team departing on maternity leave we now have a 12 month maternity cover vacancy to join the team in an exciting and evolving role.
This role is crucial to support and enable the operations team through effective administration and organisation of our York office including a significant office move. You will be the key point of contact for all things Office and administration for York for the period of the contract.
As the Administrator you are responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the office and wider company.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in an administrative role
Knowledge of administrative software packages
Good interpersonal and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:
Organising meetings and managing calendars
Booking transport and accommodation
Organising company events and conferences
Keep stock of office supplies and IT equipment and place orders when necessary
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail letters packages etc.
Preparing letters presentations and reports
Processing invoices and managing office budgets
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Facilitating the induction of new employees
Supporting with Bid administration or tenders.
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
