We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Houston Texas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our learning and development programs. With a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience you will identify issues recommend improvements and help us deliver top-notch training materials to our clients. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will contribute significantly to our mission of fostering continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Identify record and track software defects and issues.
- Work collaboratively with the development team to resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure software quality standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on product requirements and design.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality assurance processes.
- Document testing procedures and results for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
