Job Description
- Review and analyze project plans specifications and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Calculate quantities of materials labor equipment and subcontractor costs required for fencing projects.
- Develop detailed and itemized cost breakdowns to support bid proposals and budget planning.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and validate cost assumptions.
- Monitor and update estimates based on project changes scope adjustments or new information.
- Prepare and present cost reports and summaries to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a database of historical costs and pricing trends for fencing materials and labor.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and quality requirements in cost estimations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in construction estimating preferably with a focus on fencing or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with suppliers and project teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is preferred. 3+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on Australian standards. Proficiency in structural analysis, and design software is an advantage. Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Job Details: Set-up and Location: Hybrid (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu) Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AWST) | 9:00AM to 6:00PM (PH) Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
