Job Description
Description of the role:
Arlo Chicago is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Chicago IL. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage service activities
- Train and mentor team members on service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
