Responsibilities:
- Pick up and re-deliver customer vehicles from their home or place of business
- Interact with customers and document their service requests
- Maintain cleanliness of service department
- Use extreme caution when driving vehicles
- Fuel vehicles as needed
- Washing vehicles as needed
- Use a mobile device to document trips and vehicle condition
- Assist Service Staff/ Managers with various tasks as needed
- Provide support to other departments and employees as necessary
- Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent driving record preferred
- Dependable and reliable self-starter
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions preferred
