About the Team:
The Software and Services Team at Walmart/VIZIO is dedicated to building robust scalable and high-performing software solutions. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that enhance user experiences and drive business success. As a Senior Manager you will play a pivotal role in guiding the team to achieve our goals and advance our technological capabilities.
What youll do:
- Lead and manage software development projects from requirements through delivery.
- Oversee the teams priorities plans and execution of tasks.
- Implement policies and processes to enhance throughput quality and visibility.
- Occasionally assist with development tasks testing and bug triage.
- Ensure high functional quality of the product and oversee the underlying design and code.
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with Python and C/C.
- Strong background in building solutions using generative AI/LLM and embedded systems.
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and cultivate professional relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet release timelines and maintain multiple active versions of a product.
