Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Solution Architect in Dallas TX:
Job Duties: Delivering transformative solutions across Health Cloud Service Cloud Sales Cloud Experience Cloud and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. Engage with US-based healthcare clients traveling to their offices and sites to lead critical workshops discovery sessions and strategic solution architecting. Guide clients throughout their entire Salesforce journey from initial discovery through successful implementation and optimization. Conduct workshops to determine client business process and pain points documenting customer requirements organizing client collateral researching solution alternatives conducting feasibility analysis on an optimal solution to be built using out of the box or minimal configuration changes and reducing technical debt impact assessments scoping efforts and developing solution proposals. Perform solution architecting and designing leading and orchestrating technical teams on building the solution modules and reviewing their work providing technical/functional feedback building solution modules and assembling functionalities unit testing the solution partnering and guiding the project QA resources on functionality validations demonstrating built solutions to the customers and gathering feedback and executing the delivery of our projects using our agile methodology. Help coordinate the overall release plan including the pre-deployment steps deployment steps post deployment steps and work closely with the Deployment teams. Telecommuting is an option. Domestic travel to client sites across unanticipated locations across the U.S. for the purpose of client meetings will be required 30-40% amount of the time.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field OR Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Omniscripts; (2) Data Raptors; (3) Data loader tools; (4) Integration Procedures; (5) Salesforce Health Cloud Service Cloud Sales Cloud Experience Cloud (6)
Salesforce Configuration and Administration; (7) Salesforce Data & Security Model; (8) Automations using Process builders and Flows; (9) Apex Triggers; and (10) SOQL and SOSL. Any suitable combination of education training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Domestic travel to client sites across unanticipated locations across the U.S. for the purpose of client meetings will be required 30-40% amount of the time.
