Sharpcontra is seeking a highly motivated and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our expanding team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for personal growth team collaboration and leadership strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders contribute to leadership training initiatives and support high-impact development programs that strengthen our organization and our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design implementation and evaluation of leadership development programs
Facilitate workshops training sessions and mentoring activities
Conduct research and provide recommendations for leadership best practices
Support talent assessments and succession planning initiatives
Analyze performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote leadership culture
Maintain documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Psychology or a related field
13 years of experience in leadership development training or a related role
Strong communication presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Passion for leadership and personal development
