We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Event Specialist to join our team in Modesto CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing events from start to finish ensuring each project aligns with our clients goals and Hype Tiers standards of excellence. This is a fast-paced role that requires creativity attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and execute client events promotional campaigns and community engagements
Manage event logistics including vendor communication equipment setup and timelines
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop event materials
Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
Supervise event staff and provide on-site support during events
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for continuous improvement
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed for events
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus
