Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Technician with Wiring Experience to join our team. This is an in-house position where you will be responsible for mounting and wiring low-voltage electronics in various configurations. Your experience will ensure the production of high-quality kits which are deployed in access control systems globally.
Responsibilities:
- Interconnecting low-voltage electronics inside various styles of enclosures per specifications.
- Wire and connect electrical components cables and harnesses ensuring proper routing and secure connections.
- Follow quality control procedures and perform visual inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members engineers and supervisors to optimize manufacturing processes improve product quality and meet production deadlines.
- Provide feedback to product managers to support and improve processes.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification in electronics assembly is a plus.
- Experience as an Electronic Technician with a strong focus on wiring and electrical connections a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic components wiring techniques and assembly methods is a plus.
- Reading and interpreting installation instructions.
- Experience with hand and power tools hand-tools and other assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components and accurately performing wiring tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet production targets and workflows.

Additional Information :
Rate of Pay: In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements the hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour; which may be increased upon successful completion of the 90th day introductory period.
Status:
Full-time/ regular (40 hours per week)/ Monday- Friday (8:30am- 5:00pm)
