For our Energy Infrastructure Solutions team we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person in the role of Business Development Manager to drive the growth in our Power Conversion System (PCS) business.
- Analyse the development and understand the nature of the Power Conversion Systems market eco-system
- Construct business development strategies and sales plans in accordance with your analysis
- Identify and develop business opportunities for utility projects
- Account Development and Management of the potential market leading BESS developers and several other key accounts (EPC).
- Drive new sales of PCS for utility scale market and management of the project pipeline
- Represent Delta during conferences trade shows and industry networking events in focused markets
- Interact with management across delta organization
Qualifications :
- At least 3-5 years business development and sales in the converter/ inverter BESS industry or renewable energy sector.
- Excellent understanding of the sales business development and account management processes
- Technical knowledge of BESS converter/ inverter functionality and power system solutions
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiation of contracts
- Excellent skills in MS-Office and CRM Software
- Excellent English communications skills. Chinese is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestic and internationally on a regular basis
