Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Contract Management
- Lead and execute sourcing processes (RFx bid evaluation supplier selection) for assigned procurement initiatives.
- Draft review and support negotiations of contracts in coordination with the Procurement Lead and legal teams.
- Manage contract administration including onboarding documentation compliance checks and records management.
- Track key contract dates (e.g. renewals expirations) and ensure proactive management to avoid gaps in service.
Supplier Management & Performance Monitoring
- Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers to ensure service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor supplier performance analyze KPIs and escalate issues when corrective action is needed.
- Support quarterly supplier reviews and prepare documentation or performance summaries as needed.
Cost Control & Data Management
- Monitor cost savings initiatives validate actuals against targets and track procurement KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy in procurement systems and maintain an up-to-date contract and supplier repository.
- Support spend analysis and reporting activities drawing insights for sourcing opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across legal finance and technical teams to align on requirements contract terms and service expectations.
- Act as a procurement point of contact for assigned domains maintaining service levels and responsiveness.
Qualifications :
We Expect You to Have:
- 46 years of procurement experience ideally in telecom data center or IT service environments.
- Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle including sourcing contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Comfortable operating independently with the ability to escalate or consult when appropriate.
- Proficiency in procurement systems contract databases and Excel or procurement analytics tools.
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bachelors degree in supply chain business or a related field (certifications such as CIPS are a plus).
