Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Customer Service & Logistics team responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations C&F coordination and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
- Monitor and analyze constraint/unconstraint forecasts
- Ensure optimal inventory levels at C&F locations
- Coordinate with Distribution Manager for timely supply execution
- Manage supply status reviews and reporting
C&F Operations
- Implement and monitor C&F SOP compliance
- Drive timely order billing and documentation
- Track POD status and coordinate with transporters
- Generate regular performance reports using Power BI
Customer Service
- Support CSM in maintaining service excellence
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or related field
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
Experience
- Years: 3-5 years
- Industry: FMCG/Chemical/Manufacturing
- Systems: SAP(O2C module)
- Tools: Power BI Advanced Excel
Technical Skills
- Proficient in SAP O2C processes
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Macros)
- Power BI dashboard creation and analysis
- Data analysis and reporting
