- Strategical and operational responsibility for Human Resources in Germany
- Being strategic HR partner to the German and European management team
- Functional management of the HR team in the plants and providing support as a mentor
- Support and advice for managers on talent strategies and management processes
- Driving forward HR transformation process and organizational development
- Creation monitoring and analysis of HR statistics and evaluations including HR budget
- Collaboration with the German works council on all relevant topics related to HR transformation including system implementations
- Negotiations with the German works council including collective bargaining
- Implementation of corporate initiatives in Germany particularly in the areas of EHS ethics communication and employee engagement
- Leading projects and guiding the teams on all relevant strategic HR topics
- Supporting and driving change management measures
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or similar leadership role preferably in
a manufacturing and international environment - Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience working with works councils
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision- making abilities hands-on mentality
