Job Description
Dura Supreme is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency quality and safety in production. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine production systems troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and cost-reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with design quality and maintenance teams to ensure product quality and equipment reliability.
- Create and maintain process documentation work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
- Create and implement capital requests for new equipment needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Systems analysis experience a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
