Job Description
- Assist in the planning setup and execution of Banquet and Private Events working closely with the Events and Culinary teams.
- Lead and supervise daily operations of In-Room Dining and Pool Food & Beverage services ensuring consistency in quality service excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in staff scheduling training and performance development.
- Monitor service flow and proactively address any guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness organization and ambiance across all outlets.
- Uphold Auberge standards of service excellence and embody the brands commitment to genuine intuitive hospitality.
- Participate in team meetings briefings and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Salary Range: $69000-$72000
Qualifications :
- Experience in event service or banquet operations is required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury or fine dining food & beverage environment.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible schedule including availability to work weekends holidays and evenings as needed.
- Knowledge of wine food pairings and fine dining service standards preferred.
